You are solely responsible for keeping your lawak4d account password confidential. lawak4d recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Lawak4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawal amounts exceed a certain threshold. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours from the original match time), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded to your lawak4d account. Odds displayed on the lawak4d platform reflect the current odds at the time a bet is placed. lawak4d reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any odds changes made after confirmation.
A lawak4d account showing no login activity or transactions for a specified period will be classified as inactive. The lawak4d inactive account policy is as follows.
A lawak4d account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal. An email notification will be sent to the registered address in the 11th month as a warning that the account is about to be marked inactive.
Once an account is classified as inactive, a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or the account balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the account balance each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate an inactive account, simply logging in to your lawak4d account is sufficient.
Account closure — whether requested by the member or initiated by lawak4d — is carried out in accordance with established procedures.
You may request the closure of your lawak4d account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@lawak4d.best. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through lawak4d's internal negotiation process.
